Join us for a dynamic Wellness Workshop designed to rejuvenate both body and mind. This workshop is designed for adults aged 18+ and is suitable for complete beginners. What To Expect: This 2 hour session kicks off with 30 minutes of high energy dance fit hosted by Samantha, complete with disco lights and glow sticks (provided by us), to get your heart pumping! We then transition into a 30 minute beginner ballet session hosted by Samantha, focused on toning and strengthening exercises performed at the barre. We will then have a short break with some tea and biscuits before concluding with a 50 minute yoga session hosted by Sandra, focusing on improving flexibility and strength while promoting relaxation and mindfulness. This unique event highlights the synergy between arts and health, blending fitness, dance and yoga to enhance physical fitness and mental wellbeing.
