It focuses on dynamic movement, musicality, and personal expression, making it perfect for those looking to explore movement in a relaxed and supportive environment! What to expect: We’ll begin with a gentle warm-up to prepare the body, followed by contemporary centre and travelling technique. You’ll then explore some improvisation skills, giving you the chance to move freely and build confidence, before learning a short movement phrase to bring everything together! 🌟 Only £10 for this workshop Or message us if you’d like to stay for our Adult Ballet workshop straight after and book both workshops on the same evening for just £16!
