🩰 Adult Beginner Ballet Workshop 🩰 🕗 8:00pm - 9:00pm 📍 SBDC Studios, Stonehouse Ballet is a classical dance style known for its grace, precision, and strong technical foundation. It focuses on posture, alignment, balance, and control, making it a wonderful way to build strength, coordination, and confidence. What to expect: We’ll begin with a gentle warm-up, followed by exercises at the barre focusing on balance and strength building. We’ll then move into the centre to further develop your technique, before bringing everything together to learn a short movement phrase! We’ll finish with a calming herbal tea for you to take home - the perfect way to end your class! ☕️ 🌟 Only £10 for this workshop Or message us if you’d like to come earlier for our Adult Contemporary workshop straight before and book both workshops on the same evening for just £16!
