Our Mini Movers Yoga class is a playful and imaginative introduction to yoga for young children! Each week, we journey through fun and engaging stories - like going on a jungle safari or exploring outer space - while learning yoga poses along the way!
Designed especially for little movers, this class helps children connect with their bodies, minds, and breath in a joyful and age-appropriate way!
